防冻乳液型清防蜡剂及其应用

摘　　要：在40℃下测定了5种溶剂溶解延长油矿油井蜡垢的性能，考虑与渗透剂的互溶性，确定清防蜡剂的溶剂组分为醇醚，加入渗透剂A及碱剂，得到了溶蜡速度为0．59～0．43g／L·min、饱和溶蜡量为3．7～2．9g／30mL的4个水乳液型清防蜡剂配方DOC-0、-1、-2、-3，前3个配方乳液稳定期〉30天，第4个则〉360天。讨论了各组分在清防蜡剂中的作用。在DOC-3中加入≤10％防冻液B可使其凝固点降低（加入10％时由-2℃降至-16℃），溶蜡速率和饱和溶蜡量增大。2006年1～12月在延长油矿川口采油厂7口低含水、高凝点、结蜡严重的油井试用清防蜡剂DOC-3及其防冻剂型（冬季），单次加药量180-300kg，加药周期20-30天，结果使油井抽油机电流下降20％，原油产量增加，检泵周期延长。图2表3参3。The paraffin dissolving power of 5 solvents is investigated at 40℃ for wax deposit samples from oil production wells at Yanchang, North Shaanxi and a glycol ether （GE） is chosen in consideration of its good intersolubility with penetrating agent A（PA-A）. 4 recepts of paraffin removal/inhibition agent （PRIA） in aqueous emulsion, notated as DOC-0,-1 ,-2, and -3, are formulated from GE, PA-A, and an alkaline to give wax dissolving rate （WDR） in range 0.59-0.43 g/L-min and saturate wax dissolution （SWD） 3.7-2.9 g/30 mL; DOC-0,-1, and -2 as aqueous emulsions keep stable in 〉30 days and DOC-3-in 〉360 days. The functions of every constituents of PRIA are discussed. Introducing into DOC-3 ≤10% liquid antifreezer B leads to decreasing its freezing point （from -2℃ to - 16℃ at 10% dosage） and to increasing its WDR and SWD. PRIA DOC-3 and its antifreezing variant were put into field trial uses in 7 production wells of low watercut, high pour point and severe waxing troubles at Chuankou, Yanchang at dosages 180-300 kg per well every 20-30 days and, as a results, the electric current of pump sets was decreased by 20%, an enhanced oil productivity and prolonged periods between pump reconditioning jobs were observed.
