摘  要:将一种烷基化两性咪唑啉衍生物与钙镁离子络合剂、高分子稳泡剂复配,制得了气井泡排剂SP,与常用泡排剂CT5-2及OP-10、SDS对比研究了SP的应用性能。用Ross-Miles(R-M)法和Waring Blender(WB)法测定,20℃时SP在蒸馏水中的起泡能力和泡沫稳定性均好于CT5-2,特别是WB法t1/2值为CT5-2的2.6倍;在含10 g/LCaCl2和40 g/L NaCl的矿化水中,SP的起泡能力和泡沫稳定性降低程度最小,表明SP耐盐钙性好;在40℃、70℃、90℃的矿化水中按R-M法测定的SP的起泡能力和泡沫稳定性均最好,表明SP的耐温性好;与不含H2S时的测定值相比,SP和CT5-2在饱和H2S(3.8 g/L)的矿化水中起泡能力和泡沫稳定性(R-M测定值)基本不变,但SP好于CT5-2。用气流法测定2.5 g/L泡排剂溶液形成的泡沫的携液量,在蒸馏水中SP低于CT5-2,在矿化水中SP与CT5-2相当,而有10%煤油存在时则SP远好于CT5-2。在70℃含H2S矿化水中,加入1 g/L SP和CT5-2使N80钢片的腐蚀速率分别下降93%和86%。SP作为泡排剂,在普通气井和含H2S气井中均可使用。An alkylated amphoteric imidazoline derivative is compounded with a Ca/Mg cation complexing agent and a polymer foam stabilizer to give a foaming composition, SP, for withdrawing bottom water by the way of in-situ foam generation and production from gas wells. The performance properties of SP is investigated in comparison with a commonly used commercial chemical, CT5-2, and others. The foaming power (FP) and the foam stability (FS) of SP determined by Ross-Miles (R-M) and Waring Blender (WB) techniques at 20℃ are better than that of CT5-2 in distilled water (DW) with WB's t1/2 being 2.6 times higher than that of CT5-2 and decrease in least extent in a salt water (SW,10 g/L CaCl2 + 40 g/L NaCl), which indicates good salt/calcium tolerance of SP. The FP and the FS of SP determined by R-M technique at 40℃ ,70℃, and 90℃ are the best and show good heat resistance of SP. The FP and the FS of SP determined by R-M technique in the SW containing saturated H2S, 3.8 g/L, are practically the same as in H2S free SW and SP is prior to CT5-2 in this aspect. As to the liquid carrying capability of foam creacted by 2.5 g/L foamer solution determined on a modified R-M apparaturs, SP is worse in DW, similar in the SW and much more better in the SW with 10% (v) kerosene introduced in comparison with CT5-2. In the SW containing H2S at 70℃, the corrosion rate of N80 steel specimen is decreased by 86 % and 93 % with CT5-2 and SP added at dosage I g/L. SP as foaming/llquld withdrawing composition can be used in ordinary and H2S bearing gas prodction wells.
