摘　　要：目的分析云南3县公众关于肺结核病相关知识知晓率的影响因素,为开展宣传提供建议。方法分层整群系统随机抽样,采用国家统一制定问卷入户调查,公众知晓率影响因素采用多元logistic回归进行分析。结果云南省公众对于肺结核病免费政策知识的知晓率受性别、年龄、民族、文化程度、居住地、户籍、医疗保险形式、家庭人均收入等因素影响。结论针对不同人群开展检查肺结核病有免费政策知识宣传有利于提高宣传效果。Objective To analyze potential factors which influencing knowledge and attitude of tuberculosis among public people in 3 counties of Yunnan province. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out including background information, knowledge of tuberculosis free policy of diagnosis and treatment. Results Sex, age, ethnic, education background, insurance type and family income were associated with knowledge of tuberculosis free policy. Conclusion It is important to publicize the free policy of tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment to different people.
