摘　　要：MPEG which was actived by CDI and Octyl group was introduced into the amino group of chitosan;amphiphilic N-octyl-chitosan-MPEG was synthesized.It’s a simple method of preparation amphiphilic chitosan derivative.FTIR and 1H NMR were used to characterize the copolymer.MPEG which was actived by CDI and Octyl group was introduced into the amino group of chitosan ;amphiphilic N-octylchitosan-MPEG was synthesized. It＇ s a simple method of preparation amphiphilic chitosan derivative, FTIR and t H NMR were used to characterize the copolymer.
