摘  要:己二酸二异辛酯(Diisooctyl Adipate,DIOA)是聚氯乙烯、氯乙烯共聚物、聚苯乙烯、硝化纤维素、乙基纤维素等的优良耐寒增塑剂。增塑效率高,可赋予制品良好的低温柔软和耐光性,主要与邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DIOP),邻茉二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)等并用于耐寒性农业薄膜、冷冻食品包装膜、电缆包覆层、人造革等。Using activated carbon supported para-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst, the plasticizer diisooctyl adipate (DIOA) is synthesized from adipic acid and 2-ethylhexanol. This paper investigates the influence of molar ratio of adipic acid to 2- ethylhexanol, reaction time, reaction temperature, mass of catalyst and amount of water carrying agent on the yield of esterification. The optimal synthesis conditions are found with orthogonal experimental technique that molar ration of adipic acid to 2-ethylhexanol is 0. 4: 1, reaction time is 60 min, reaction temperature is 100℃ - 110℃, the ration of catalyst to material is 0.5%, and the yield of esterification is more than 99%.
