摘　　要：目的探索疗治结合的方法,提高疗养院的综合实力。方法结合本单位疗养院和医院合编后的实际,通过加强疗治人才结合、疗治资源结合、疗治技术结合,实践以疗养为中心、以医疗为依托的疗治结合办院模式。结果通过疗治结合,可使疗养院的人才队伍建设得到加强,重点学科建设得到强化,科研水平得到提高。结论疗治结合的办院模式可快速提升疗养院的综合实力和保障能力,使疗养院建设发展步入可持续发展的轨道。Objective To investigate the method of combination of recuperation and treatment and improve the comprehensive strength of sanitariums. Methods Based on the fact that our sanitarium and hospitals merged, the authors proposed the new model of combination of talents, resources and technology between recuperation and treatment and practiced the mode centered on sanitarium and depended on hospital, Results With the combination of recuperation and treatment, the talent team got stronger, the key subject construction was strengthened and the level of scientific research was improved. Conclusion The combination of recuperation and treatment can improve the comprehensive strength pf sanitarium rapidly and facilitates the sustainable development of construction of sanitariums.
