边海防基层疗养军官生活质量综合评定的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查边海防基层疗养军官生活质量,分析影响其生活质量的因素。方法随机抽取前来疗养的边海防基层军官30名,专业技术干部36名,进行生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)调查比较。结果躯体功能维度边海防基层军官在主客观方面得分高于专业技术干部,差异有显著性意义(P≤0.01);心理功能维度的客观得分边海防基层军官低于专业技术干部,主观得分则高于专业技术干部;社会功能维度的主客观得分基层军官低于专业技术干部,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);物质生活状态的客观得分也低于专业技术干部(P<0.05)。结论边海防基层军官躯体功能状况较好,心理功能及社会支持有待于提高。Objective To investigate the quality of life of recuperating officers in the borderline, and analyze the factors affecting the quality of life. Methods 30 recuperating officers in the borderline and 36 magistrates were investigated by GQOLI-74 and the results were analyzed by t-test. Results In dimensionality of function of body, personal psychological： the scores of the recuperating officers in the borderline were significantly higher than the magistrate （P ≤ 0.01 ）. In dimensionality of impersonal psychological and social： the scores of the recuperating officers in the borderline were significantly lower than the magistrate（P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion The function of body of the recuperating officer in the borderline is good. The psychological and social fimctions need to be improved.
