左旋精氨酸在慢性阻塞性肺病中治疗作用观察

摘　　要：目的观察左旋精氨酸在慢性阻塞性肺病中的治疗作用。方法对30例慢性阻塞性肺病患者给予左旋精氨酸15g/d,连续10d。观察其肾功能,血糖,血压,心率,血气分析及部分营养学指标。结果治疗前后患者的肾功,血糖,血压,心率无明显变化,而血气分析及部分营养学指标有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论左旋精氨酸在慢性阻塞性肺病短期治疗中是安全的,且能够显著改善患者血气分析及部分营养学指标。Objective To explore the effect of the L-arginine on the patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Thirty cases with COPD received 15g L-arginine injection per day lasting for ten days. To observe biochemical indices, blood-gas analysis anti nutritional parameters of the patients. Results Both the blood-gas analysis indices and nutritional parameters have been remarkably improved compared with those before treatment,but biochemical indices have no significant difference. Conclusion L-arginine can remarkably improve blood-gas analysis indices and nutritional oarameters,short-term treatment is safety.
