摘　　要：探讨了图书馆网上参考咨询常见问题服务的特点,提出了FAQ内容建设和结构构建的方法,并对FAQ的管理与维护提出了建议。This paper discusses the characteristic of FAQ service of the online reference service in library,proposes the method of the FAQ＇s contents construction and the structure construction,and puts forward the proposals for the management and the maintenance of FAQ.
