摘　　要：为适应现状优化、近期规划的精细化和日常化要求,提出了一种能够统一进行高中压城市电网综合规划的信息平台。该平台具有强大的综合规划功能和规划管理功能。从城市电网规划发展历程以及应用规划信息平台进行综合规划的优势进行分析,说明城市电网综合规划信息平台是规划软件和计算机辅助规划发展的趋势。In order to comply with the requirements of optimal current situation, meticulously design of the short-term planning and make them routine, a comprehensive HV ＆ MV urban distribution network planning information platform is developped. This platform has powerful functions on comprehensive planning and planning management. Analysis on the development history of urban distribution network planning and advantage of this comprehensive planning information platform are elaborated to reckon that it is a developing trend of planning software and computer-aid auxiliary planning.
