摘 要:研究了用中空纤维超滤技术浓缩湛江等鞭金藻Isochrysis zhanjiangensis的过程中操作压力、藻液起始浓度、浓缩时间等参数对膜通量的影响。结果表明:在操作压力为0.16MPa,藻液起始浓度为75-100万何mL,浓缩时间为6~8h的条件下,平均膜通量最大为527L/(m^2·h)。实践证明,利用中空纤维超滤浓缩机高效浓缩单细胞藻是可行的。The main factors affecting the permeate flux including operation pressure and initial density of culture media and concentrating period were studied during marine one - celled alga concentrating by a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane. The optimum conditions were as the following: 0. 16 MPa, 75 × 10^4 cells/mL to 100 × 10^4 cells/mL, 6 to 8 h for the study respectively. In this condition, the max permeate flux was 527 L/(m^2·h). The results showed that it is feasible to concentrate marine one -celled algae by the hollow fiber uhrafiter.
