摘　　要：针对高校科研管理的需求,结合大连水产学院科研管理的实际情况,阐述了建立基于Internet的高校科研管理系统的必要性,通过分析该系统的设计目标和技术方案,介绍了系统的功能模块以及系统的特点。该系统采用先进的网络和数据库技术,实现了科研信息的增加、确认、修改、删除、检索和统计以及科研数据信息的共享,为学校各项科研管理业务提供了信息化支持。Importance, purpose and technical proposal of information system for science and technology research management in a university were put forward based practices in Dalian Fisheries University by an internet to improve the administration level. The information system was shown to provide good scientific research affair administration including information addition （scientific data） , confirmation, modification, deletion, search, statistic and sharing by informationized supporting system.
