信任对集群企业合作的作用分析

摘　　要：集群竞争力的主要来源就是企业间发展起来的合作关系,集群企业的合作行为对集群的发展起着决定性作用。信任是集群企业合作的基础。信任对集群企业合作的作用表现在:搜寻合作信息;降低交易成本;抑制机会主义行为从而减少经营风险;产生集体行动,提高应变能力。The competitive power of the industrial cluster originates primarily from the cooperation relations between the industrial cluster enterprises, the cooperation action has critical effects on the development of the industrial cluster. Trust is the basis of the cooperation between the industrial cluster enterprises. The Role of trust in the cooperation between the industrial cluster enterprises lies in searching for cooperation information, cutting down transactions costs, restraining opportunism and reducing operation risks, engendering collective action and improving emergency capacity.
