论培养服务型政府服务精神的路径选择

摘　　要：服务型政府是21世纪中国政府行政管理体制改革的重要价值取向。当前,我国政府缺乏服务精神,具体表现在:服务理念的迷失;服务态度的冷漠;服务规范的匮乏;服务效率的低下;服务思维的陈旧等方面。因此,通过建设具有服务精神的行政文化、再造政府流程、健全制度和加强舆论监督等途径来培养我国服务政府的服务精神显得尤为必要。Service-oriented government is the important value orientation of 21st century Chinese government administration system reform. Our government lacks of service spirit at present, in particular indicated by the loss of service ideas, passive service attitude, short of service criterion, low service efficiency, obsolete service mind, etc. Therefore, it＇s essential to foster service spirit of government by the ways of establishing executive culture featured with service sprit, re-building government flow, constructing sound system and strengthening supervision by public opinion, etc.
