钙盐处理对柞蚕丝结构与性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了氯化钙溶液对柞蚕丝结构和性能的影响,柞蚕丝经钙盐处理,有一定程度的溶解,随着处理时间的延长,溶量增大,相同条件下其溶失率要小于桑蚕丝.研究还表明,柞蚕丝经氯化钙溶液微溶处理后,由于无定形区的溶解生成了明显的微孔穴,纤维纵向表面出现明显的微纤结构,蚕丝结构呈现多孔性的特征;钙盐处理会导致纤维的结晶度增加,表明溶失的部分主要为丝纤维大分子的弱结构部分,以非结晶结构为主;经钙盐溶液处理后,蚕丝纤维的断裂强度下降,而断裂伸长增加.Effect of calcium salt treatment on the structure and property of tussah silk was investigated, and the solution of tussah silk occurred after calcium salt treatment. With the time prolonged, the solution increased, however, lose mass of tussah was less than that of mulberry silk under the same condition. The research indicated that tussah silk showed obvious micropores and fibrillation after calcium salt treatment because of the dissolution of amorphous region. The crystallinity of tussah silk increased after calcium treatment, indicating the amorphous region was predominant among the solvent part, but its breaking strength decreased and breaking elongation increased.
