深Ⅱ度烧伤24h内削痂植皮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结伤后24h内削痂植皮治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的安全性和临床效果。方法回顾分析2002年7月-2007年12月35例有削痂植皮指征的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者的临床资料。结果35例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者均在伤后6h～24h行一次性削痂+自体皮移植术,削痂面积2%～24%,平均13.1%,术中、术后生命体征平稳,无死亡病例发生,术后13d～21d痊愈。结论24h内削痂植皮治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤是安全而有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the safety and clinical effect of the tangential excision and skin grafting on the paitents with deep partial thickness burn within 24 hours after burning. Methods Clinical records of 35 patients with deep partial thickness burn with the indication for tangential excision and skin grafting were analyzed retrospectively from July 2002 to December 2007.Results All of patients with deep partial thickness burn were treated with the tan- gential excision and self-skin grafting.The operation was carried out within 6-24 hours posthurn.The mean excised area was 13.1%（ranging from 2% to 24%）.The vital sign during and after the operation is normal,The rate of death was zero, The cure day is about 13 day to 21day.Conclusion Tangential excision and skin grafting within 24 hours posthurn was effective and safe for the patients with deep partial thickness burn.
