摘　　要：电脑量刑系统是一种模拟人类量刑智能的人工智能软件。该软件在技术实现上要基于一定的量刑理论和方法,一般应由知识库和程序代码两部分组成——人工智能的设计和实现应在这两者之间进行合理分配。同时,软件设计应尽量满足柔软性好、操作方便、扩展性强等要求。Discretion of punishment by computers system is a kind of artificial intelligence software which simulates real sentencement . This software is based on a certain kind of theory and methods of discretion of punishment, and is made up of knowledge base and program code usually in the middle of which the artificial intelligence should is distributed. At the same time, the design of software should meet the needs of flexibility, convenience and scalability.
