摘  要:三维地形可视化技术是现代地理信息技术的研究热点,广泛应用于地理信息的各个领域。通过长江中游太平口水道水下地形的三维建模,阐述了三维地形可视化技术在长江航道测绘领域的应用与发展,通过实例介绍了航道三维立体可视化图的制作过程。The technique of three dimensions terrain visualization is a focus research in the modem information technology. It is applied in every field of geographic information. This paper presents the process of building 3D underwater model in Tai Ping kou waterway in Changjiang middle-river. This technology has expatiated the applying and developing in building 3D underwater model in surveying and mapping in Changjiang waterway. By illustrating an example, it has introduced the process of the waterway building 3D underwater models.
