摘　　要：目的：探讨对晚期肿瘤患者临终关怀护理措施的有效性。减轻患者痛苦，缓解面对死亡的恐惧与不安，提高患者生存的质量，使患者舒适、安宁、平静、有尊严的走完人生最后旅程。方法：对96例晚期肿瘤患者，从心理护理、舒适护理、基础护理及对患者家属心理指导、建立临终病房等方面实施临终护理。结果：患者情绪稳定，在生命最后时刻享受到了优质服务，在无痛苦、无遗憾的情况下离去。结论：提高了晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量，及对患者家属的心理安抚工作。Objective： To discuss an effective method of taking hospitalpice nursing to the advanced cancer patients, to ease the pain, release fear and improve the quality of life, finally let the patients spend the end itinerary of life quietly and peacefully. Methods ：96 advanced cancer patients were care by hospitalpice nursing which includes mental nursing, comfort nursing,foundation nursing, guide on family members and hospitalpice nursing room. Results：At the last time of life the patients could enjoy a high quality nursing with stable motion,leaving without any sufferings and regrets. Conclusion： Hospitalpice nursing can improve the living quality of the advanced cancer patients, comfort the family members mental.
