摘　　要：本文提出了石油化工码头安全监控系统的总体架构,并分别提出了油库、危化品仓库、油品收发及危化品装卸作业、危化品运输车辆、输油管道等监控对象的监控方案及软件功能模块设计。In this paper, the whole structure of safety monitoring system for the petrochemicals dock of haven was presented. The schemes and software modules planning of the following monitoring targets, such as oil depot, dangerous chemicals warehouse, loading and unloading operations of oil and dangerous chemicals, dangerous chemicals transport vehicles and oil pipelines, were put forward.
