摘　　要：目的了解成年男性生殖健康、保健状况和保健服务需求,探讨男性生殖健康保健服务模式。方法随机选择海珠区江南中街成年男子1018名进行问卷调查、个别访谈及现场考察江南中街男性生殖健康保健服务模式。结果(1)成年男性生殖相关疾病发病率较高,存在不同的生殖健康问题;(2)成年男性较普遍缺乏生殖健康知识及必备的保健意识;(3)普遍希望获得更多的生殖保健知识和得到有效的服务;(4)江南中街男性生殖保健服务模式普遍受到群众的欢迎,值得推广。结论利用多种途径普及生殖健康保健知识,发挥计生、街道、社区和医院的优势,整合资源,发动群众组织,合理提供男性健康咨询、就诊、保健等服务平台,为不同年龄段男性提供满意安全的生殖保健服务。Objective to understand the reproductive heahh, heahh status of men and their needs of heahh service, and to probe into the modes of reproductive heahh care service for men. Methods selecting 1018 men （living in Jiangnanzhong area, Haizhu District） by random to do the questionnaire survey, individual interviews and site visits. Results （1） Morbidity rate of the related diseases of reproduetive heahh of men is quite high, which indicates the various problems of reproductive heahh. （2） The men are generally lack of knowledge of reproductive heahh and the necessary awareness of heahh care. （3） They are hoping to get more knowledge of reproductive heahh and effective services. （4） Modes promoted by the Jiangnanzhong government are welcomed and worthy to continue. Conclusion： in various ways to popularize the knowledge of reproductive heahh of men, take the advantages of the birth control service, governments, communities and hospitals, integrate all the resources, call up the residents, reasonably provide service platform such as heahh. Consultation treatment and heahh care for the men, in order to provide the satisfactory and safe services for men of different ages.
