摘　　要：今年是中国改革开放三十周年．三十年来，改革开放取得了举世瞩目的成就：国内生产总值（GDP）由1978年的3645亿元上升为2007年的246619亿元，经济总量由世界第十位跃至第四位：货物进出口额由1978年的206．4亿美元增长到2007年的21737．8亿美元，位居世界第三。2007年实际利用外商直接投资747．7亿美元，对外直接投资（非金融部分）187亿美元，对外经济合作完成营业额479亿美元。The year 2008 is the 30^th year following China＇s adoption of the policy of reform and opening up.Over the past 30 years, China has scored great achievements in reform and opening up attracting worldwide attention： China＇s Gross Domestic Product grew to 24,661.9 billion yuan （3,523.1 billion U.S. dollars） in 2007 from 364.5 billion yuan （52 billion U.S. dollars） in 1978, with the economic aggregate rapidly rising to the 4^th place from the 10^th place in the global rating of national economies.
