摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设是思想认识上的飞跃,是农村地区实现可持续发展实践的延伸和扩展,是构建社会主义和谐社会的长远需要。围绕社会主义新农村建设的战略任务,着重从认识和实践两个方面对社会主义新农村建设进行一些理论思考和实践分析,使人们对社会主义新农村建设有进一步的了解和准确的把握。New rural construction of socialism is an upper leap of ideological understanding, and is stretching and expansion that the rural area realizes its sustainable development, and is long-term needs about structuring harmonious society of socialism. Surround the strategic mission of new rural construction of socialism ,emphasize investigation and discussion from theory and practice aspectmake people have deeper understanding and accurate assurance to new rural construction of socialism.
