论我国出租车政府管制政策的改革

摘　　要：目前我国政府对出租车行业实行严格的管制政策,管制者出发点无疑是好的,但由于疏忽行业的发展规律,反而阻碍了市场机制作用的良好发挥。放松现有的管制政策,进行制度创新,是政府走出出租车管理困境的根本途径。At present,Chinese government practices a strict control policy on the taxi industry,the starting point is good,but due to negligence of the development of the industry, the government control hinders the market mechanism to play a good role. Relaxing the existing control policy is a fundamental ways for the government comes out of the plight.
