黄芪多糖对雏鸡生长性能的影响

摘　　要：选用9日龄雏鸡200只,随机分成5组,即:试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组和对照组,每组40只,研究黄芪多糖对雏鸡生长性能的影响。黄芪多糖分别按100mg/L、200mg/L、300mg/L、400mg/L和0mg/L添加到各组雏鸡的饮水中,试验期为40d。试验结果表明试验组鸡的日增重较对照组高,差异不显著(P(0.05);试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ采食量和料重比较对照组低,差异显著(P(0.05);试验组Ⅲ和试验组Ⅳ采食量和料重比较对照组低,差异极显著(P(0.01);试验组Ⅳ、试验组Ⅲ和试验组Ⅱ死亡率较对照组低,差异极显著(P(0.01)。说明黄芪多糖可提高雏鸡日增重,并降低采食量和料重比。The effect of the Astragalus polysaccharide on chicks performance was tested in the experiment. 200 one - day old chicks were selected and divided into five groups randomly, I , Ⅱ , Ⅲ,Ⅳ of the experiment and control group, each with 40 ones. Astragalus polysaccharlde was added to water by 100mg/L, 200mg/L, 300mg/L, 400mg/L and 0mg/L. Experimental time lasted 40 days. The results showed that the daily weight - gain was increased in the experiment group compared with the control group, although the difference was not significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Both indexes of the food intake and the rate of food to weight in all experiment groups were significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of death in experiment grouplV, Ⅲ and Ⅱ were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. It implics that the Astragalus polysaccharide could enhance the daily weight- gain and reduce the rate of food to weight in chicks.
