摘 要:对108个小麦品种进行了田间抗赤霉病评价、聚类及性状间相关分析。结果表明,品种之间发病率差异颇大,病穗率为0~31.5%,严重度为0~1,病情指数为0~26.145%。通过对各品种的病情指数进行聚类分析,将抗病性从高到低分为9个类群,分别有52个、12个、11个、17个、4个、7个、3个、1个、1个品种,其中第1类群有33个品种可直接应用于生产。相关分析表明,病穗率与严重度、病穗率与病情指数、严重度与病情指数呈极显著正相关,严重度与株高呈极显著负相关。Scrab -resistance in yield of 108 wheat varieties was evaluated and clustered, and correlation analysis between characters were made. The results showed that resistance to scrab between wheat varieties was quite different, the disease incidence, severity and disease index were 0 - 31.5 % , 0 - 1 and0 - 26.145 % , respectively. Disease index was analyzed by tree diagram of cluster analysis, and 9 cluster groups for 108 varieties were classified,which from high resistance to low resistance. 52,12,11,17,4,7,3,1,1 varieties were classified into group I - IX. 33 varieties could be used directly in yield among Group I . The correlation anslysis indicated that there was extreme significance plus correlation between disease incidence and severity, incidence and disease index, severity and disease index, and there was extremely significant nagative correlation between severity and plant height.
