卵巢破裂误诊为急性阑尾炎16例分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨卵巢破裂的临床特点及治疗方法：回顾性分析了我院2004～2007年收治的16例卵巢破裂误诊为急性阑尾炎的诊治情况。结果：16例患者中，5例行剖腹探查，11例行腹腔镜检查术。结论：卵巢破裂出血一旦确诊，应根据病人的不同情况，采取相应的措施。Objective： To investigate the clinic characters and treatment of rupture of ovary. Methods： 16 cases of rupture of ovary misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed from 2004 to 2007. Results：Of all the 16 cases, 5 were treated with the exploratory operation by opening the belly and 11 diagnostic laparoscopy. Conclusion ： If rupture of ovary is diagnosed exactly, corresponding measure must be taken according to different clinical features of patients.
