摘  要:目的观察孕激素对体外培养的人早孕蜕膜基质细胞中胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)-Ⅱ基因表达的影响。方法采用RT-PCR技术半定量检测不同浓度孕激素(0、0.05、0.1、0.2μmol/L)作用72 h后人早孕蜕膜基质细胞中IGF-ⅡmRNA的表达。结果孕激素上调IGF-ⅡmRNA的表达,并与浓度呈显著正相关(r=0.500,P<0.01)。结论孕激素可能通过上调人早孕蜕膜中IGF-ⅡmRNA的表达,增强IGF-Ⅱ的自分泌/旁分泌作用,这可能是早孕期胎—母组织生长和分化的重要调控机制之一。Objective To observed the effect of progesterone on the gene expression of insulin-like growth factor (IGF) - Ⅱ mRNA in human decidual stromal cells of early pregnaney in vitro. Methods RT-PCR, using β-aetin as internal standard, was applied to determine the expression of IGF-Ⅱ mRNA in human deeidual stromal cells of early pregnancy in vitro after cultured for 72 h without or with 0.05, 0.1, or 0.2 umol/L of progesterone respectively. Results The expression of IGF- Ⅱ mRNA was up-regulated by progesterone, tration of progesterone ( r = 0. 500, P 〈 0. 01 ).
