摘　　要：电动机绕组匝间故障形成的主要原因为绕组本身的线材质量不高、工艺性缺陷和各种过电压冲击损伤等。介绍匝间故障的诊断和处理方法,针对低压散嵌绕组和高压成型绕组匝间故障的处理实例提出了增强匝间绝缘的方法。The main causes to form the inter-tern failure of the motor windings are poor quality of the wiring, defaults of the workmanship and various kinds of over voltage surge. The diagnosis technology and treatment to repair the failure was introduced. Finally, two practical examples to enforce the inter-tern insulation for the low voltage inserting winding and high voltage molding winding were put forward.
