参芪扶正注射液对肝癌小鼠5-FU化疗后免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液对肝癌小鼠5-FU化疗后免疫功能的影响。方法:建立H22肝癌荷瘤鼠模型后,采用5-FU 25 mg/kg连续5 d腹腔注射建立肝癌小鼠化疗后动物模型,然后随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组给予参芪扶正注射液40 mL/(kg.d)8、0 mL/(kg.d)分别腹腔注射给药,连续7 d;同时对照组予生理盐水40 mL/(kg.d)。末次给药后24 h采用免疫器官重量法检测胸腺指数/脾脏指数;同时采用放射免疫法测定小鼠血清中IL-2和TNF-α的含量。结果:治疗组小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组小鼠血清IL-2水平显著高于对照组,而治疗组TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液可提高肝癌小鼠5-FU化疗后的免疫功能,临床上可试用参芪扶正注射液对肝癌化疗后免疫功能低下患者进行治疗。Objective：To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on immune function of liver cancer mice after chemotherapy. Methods：Hepatoma 22 bearing mice models were established. The liver cancer mice chemotherapy model was established by abdominal cavity injection of 5 - Fu with a dose of 25mg/（kg·d） for five days. Then the mice were divided randomly into three groups, including control group and therapy （low and high dose） groups. Mice in therapy groups were given Shenqi Fuzheng Injection 40 mL/（kg· d） and 80 mL/（kg· d） respectively for 7 days. The control group were given saline 40 mL/（kg· d） for 7 days. After 24 h of the last treatment, the immune organ index was evaluated. The levels of IL - 2 and TNF - α in mouse serum were measured By RIA. Results：There were significant differences in the thymus index and spleen index between the treated groups and control group. It also significant increascd the level of IL - 2 and decreased the level of TNF - α in the serum of the liver cancer mice after chemotherapy. Conclution ： Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can improve immune function in immunosuppressed mice after chemotherapy and be used clinically for the treatment of immunocompromised patients after chemotherapy.
