摘　　要：本文以大连煤气新厂制气装置通过提高生产原料中烯烃含量来降低生产成本为背景,介绍了通过优化生产控制系统组态,来确保当生产原料的组分发生变化时,出厂煤气的质量达到工艺要求的方法。Taking the Dalian new gas factory, which wants to increases olefin content of raw materials to reduce production costs as example, the paper introduces the optimization of control system configuration, which ensures the quality of gas to the factory technology requirements when the components of the raw materials change.
