摘 要:总结和评价了目前主要采煤国家采用的煤自燃倾向性测试方法。从煤自燃机理、物理吸附氧本质以及表面的不均一性方面论证了我国现行煤自燃倾向性测试方法原理的不合理性;从试验方法、仪器管理等方面提出了其操作的不适宜性;将试验测试数据与实际自燃情况进行对比,验证了该方法与实际情况的不吻合性。然后通过对5种不同矿区的煤样进行试验,得出了吸氧量随粒径、温度变化的规律。最后在分析和试验的基础上提出了一种体现煤自燃全过程的自燃倾向性鉴定方法的新设想,对于补充和完善我国煤自燃倾向性测试方法有借鉴意义。The paper summarized and assessed the measurement and test method of the coal spontaneous combustion tendentiousness applied in main coal mining countries. From the coal spontaneous combustion mechanism, physical oxygen sorption property and surface nonuniformity, the paper proved the irrationality of the measurement and test method and principle for the present coal spontaneous combustion tendentiousness in China. From test methods and instruments management, the paper provided the unsuitability of the operation. In comparison with the test measured data and the actual spontaneous combustion condition, the paper proved the misfit between the method and the actual condition. After the tests on coal samples from 5 different mining areas, the test results showed the oxygen sorption law changed with the coal particle size and temperature. Based on the analysis and test, the paper provided the new conception on the evaluation method of the spontaneous combustion tendentiousness for the full coal spontaneous combustion process, which would be the reference meaning to complete and improve the measurement and test method of the coal spontaneous combustion tendentiousness in China.
