摘　　要：针对非书资料和电子资源在图书馆馆藏中占有越来越重要的地位,对如何实现非书资料和电子资源的规范控制进行了讨论。并提出要实现非书资料和电子资源的规范控制,应该由国家权威的编目机构对名称规范数据进行整体控制,加大制作规范数据的力度,提供给文献编目机构使用,才能真正实现文献资源共享。For non-book materials and electronic resources in the Library occupies an increasingly important position, this paper discussed the issue of control of its norms. To be achieved by the authority of the state should be catalogued by the institutions of state authority to regulate data for the overall title control, and increase the production of standardized data, and to~ catalogue the use of inventory, we can really achieve the literature the sharing of resources.
