摘  要:针对四川巴蜀江油燃煤发电有限公司2×300 MW机组在投运初期锅炉给粉均匀性差的问题,找出了风粉混合器结构不合理是导致给粉均匀性差的原因。经分析研究利用引流原理对原来安装的风粉混合器进行改进,消除托粉现象,提高进入炉膛给粉均匀性,经过改进后的风粉混合器已使用半年多,应用结果表明其特性良好,提高了锅炉燃烧的稳定性和经济性。For the problem of 2×300MW unit in the Sichuan Bashu coal -fired generate Co. , Ltd during the commission primary period on the uniformity difference of the boiler coal - pulverize feed, to find out that the unreasonable structure of the wind - pulverize mixer is the reason of the uniformity difference. Through the analysis and the research, Based on the draught principle ,we have improved the original wind - pulverize mixer, resolved the phenomenon of the coal - pulverize leakage, and improved the uniformity of the coal - pulverize feed. After the half of the year, the results of the application in the improvement are well, improve the steady and the economic of the boiler burning.
