摘 要:将改性壳聚糖与助剂A复合制成新型造纸污水絮凝剂,其最佳配方为:0.05%壳聚糖:10%助剂A=5∶1(体积比)。其处理后的污水CODcr去除率为60.1%,SS去除率为91.1%,达到了预处理的目的。与传统的PAM-PAC复合絮凝剂相比,新型絮凝剂处理后的污水CODcr去除率提高了19.9%,SS去除率提高了1.4%,药剂成本降低了19.0%,且不产生二次污染,在我国造纸污水处理行业具有重要的推广应用价值。We use a novel composite flocculant, which is made by ourselves and consists of chitosan and coagulant aid A to treat papermaking sewage. The best formulation is : 0.05 % CTS : 10 % coagulant aid A = 5 : 1 (volume ratio). After the treatment, the removal of CODcr becomes 60.1% and SS becomes 91.1%, which all reached the goal of pretreatment. Compared with the traditional composite flocculant PAM - PAC, the removal of CODcr increased 19.9%, SS increased 1.4%, the pharmacy costs had been cut down by 19.0% and there is no Secondary pollution. Obviously, it has promote values in our papermaking sewage treatment industry.
