摘　　要：介绍了湿法磷酸生产过程中含氟气体的产生情况,重点介绍了湿法磷酸生产过程中萃取分解系统、萃取料浆闪蒸冷却系统和真空浓缩系统中含氟气体的处理现状和存在的问题。This article introduces the sources of fluoride - containing gas from the producing of wet - process phosphoric acid. The problems are introduced emphatically which occurred in the present recovery technology of fluoride - containing gas from the producing of wet - process phosphoric acid which includes the extraction of wet - process phosphoric acid, flash evaporation cooling of slurry and concentration system.
