摘  要:研究采用 PCR-SSCP 技术研究番鸭不同就巢群体(就巢1月群、就巢2月群、就巢3月群)、番鸭非就巢群和白改鸭5个群体250个个体 PRL 基因第4外显子多态性与就巢性状之间的相关性。结果表明,在外显子4编码区内发现2个 SNP 位点,分别位于该基因的3 777 bp(T/C)和3 785 bp(A/G)处。基因型与就巢性状指标相关分析的结果表明,番鸭非就巢群体与各就巢群体间差异极显著(P<0.01),同时番鸭与白改鸭差异显著(P<0.05.),推测 PRL 基因与就巢性有一定的相关。PCR-SSCP technique was used to analyze the polymorphisms at the exon 4 of the PRL gene in 250 individuals among five duck populations (non- broodiness muscovys, one month broodiness, two months broodiness and throe months broodiness muscovies, and Baigai ducks) to further investigate the corrolatiol, between polymorphism and broodiness traits. The results showed that there are two SN'P sites in the fragment of exon 4, locating at 3 777 bp (T/C) and 3 785 bp (A/G), respectively. There were significant differences between non- broodiness muscovies and broodiness muscovies, muscovies and bgducks in genotypes, which indicated that PRL gene may be a candidate gene for the selection of broodiness traits in ducks and a possible molecular marker for production performance of muscovies.
