彩色超声多普勒血流显像技术对视网膜脱离球后血流动力学研究进展

摘　　要：彩色多普勒超声血流显像技术不仅可以显示二维结构,获得彩色像,而且依据当物理波从一个运动物体反射回来时,产生的频率变化由其运动速度及方向决定的多普勒原理,可以同时定量检测视网膜中央动脉、眼动脉、视网膜中央静脉、睫状后短动脉的血流速度。本文对彩色多普勒超声血流显像技术的原理特点及其在评估视网膜脱离巩膜扣带术或玻璃体视网膜手术后眼球后血流变化的应用进展进行综述。Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） that based on Doppler principle and two-dlmensional Uhrasonography is used widely on the research of retrobulbar haemodynamics now. The blood flow velocities and resistive index of the ophthalmic artery （ OA ）, short posterior ciliary arteries （ PCA ） and central retinal artery （ CRA ） can be measured by it. Retinal detachment （ RD ） is one of the important blinding diseases in our country. The research on the retrobulbar haemodynamic changes after retinal detachment surgeries has an important clinical guiding significance. TMs review is summaring the principle and characteristics of CDFI and the application progress in the study on the retrobulbar haemodynamic changes after different retinal detachment surgeries consisted of sclera buckling surgery（ SBS） and vitreoretinal surgeryl （RS）.
