摘  要:目的探讨归芍地黄汤联合TTT治疗CNV对细胞因子VEGF、bFGF、PEDF表达的影响。方法用半导体激光建立CNV动物模型,设立正常对照组、阴性对照组、TTT治疗组、中药治疗组、中药联合TTT治疗组。于造模后4周行FFA检查,造模后8周再做一次FFA,并行HE和免疫组化VEGF、bFGF、PEDF染色。结果造模后4周,FFA检查可见CNV的渗漏。造模后8周,FFA检查显示中药联合TTT治疗组CNV渗漏减轻最显著。HE检查结果可见CNV,VEGF、bFGF染色显示中药联合TTT治疗组含量最低,PEDF染色显示TTT治疗组含量最高,而中药联合TTT治疗组和其比较无统计学差异。VEGF/PEDF值中药联合TTT治疗组下降最为显著。结论TTT、中药对于半导体激光诱导的兔CNV动物模型可以促进其VEGF、bFGF的下调,PEDF的上调,调节VEGF/PEDF值,使CNV消退,综合来看,中药联合TTT治疗组效果最为显著。OBJECTIVE Study on expression of cytokine in experimental research on CNV treated by Guishao Dihuang decoction(归芍地黄汤)and TTT.METHODS Induced CNV animal model with semiconductor laser.Divided animals into five groups:normal control,negative control,transpupillary thermotherapy treatment group,traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and combined treatment group.Induced choroidal neovascularizatrion animal model were treated with Guishao Dihuang decoction(归芍地黄汤)and TTT.FFA examinations occurred at week 4 and 8.Hematoxylin eosin stain and histopathology immunohistochemigtry of VEGF,bFGF and PEDF were made at week 8.RESULTS CNV was confirmed by FFA at week 4.Through FFA,hematoxylin eosin stain and histopathology immunohistochemigtry of VEGF,bFGF and PEDF,the best curative effect group was combined treatment group.Although the PEDF increased most in TTT treatment group,there was no statistics difference between it and combined treatment group.VEGF/PEDF decreased most in combined treatment group too.CONCLUSIONS TTT and TCM could subsidise CNV through decreasing VEGF,bFGF and VEGF/PEDF and increasing PEDF.The best curative effect group was combined treatment group.
