摘　　要：针对2008年5月12日我国汶川地区发生特大地震后的各项灾后重建工作,从风险管理的角度入手,提出用以进行风险识别、分级和评估的技术方法,然后依据上述方法,对汶川地震灾后重建工作中可能存在的13类主要风险加以分析,并提出相应的风险应对措施建议。After the Wenchuan Earthquake, a great deal of rebuilding tasks for damaged cities and villages have been carrying out. In this paper, the rebuilding tasks are analyzed from the angle of Risk Management. 13 main latent risk types about the rebuilding tasks were analyzed by the methods of risk recognization, classification and evaluation countermeasures of those put forward beforehand. Some advices are advanced about risks finally.
