摘　　要：通过对1995年日本阪神大地震、台湾1999年"9·21"大地震及2005年恒春"12·26"大地震之震后处置与法令调整的研究,探讨古迹面对地震的准备与因应措施,期望能为四川地震后古迹的保存及重建提供帮助。Based on the study of the heavy earthquake of Japan Hanxin in 1995,＂9 · 21＂ heavy earthquake of Taiwan in 1999, and ＂12.26＂ heavy earthquake of Hengchun in 2005, and around the topic of the disposal after earthquake and the adjustment of ordinance, this paper explores the experience about historic sites facing up to earthquake damage, by which the author expects to give help for preservation and reconstruction of Sichuan historic relics after earthquake
