硝酸舍他康唑软膏体外抗真菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的评价硝酸舍他康唑软膏的体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂平皿稀释法测定2%硝酸舍他康唑软膏对134株临床分离分离致病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并与硝酸咪康唑霜进行比较。结果2%硝酸舍他康唑软膏对134株常见浅部部致病真菌的MIC范围在0.8～12.5μg.ml-1。对深部真菌卡氏枝孢霉和申克氏孢子丝菌的的抗菌活性较差,MIC为50.0～100.0μg.ml-1。结论2%硝酸舍他康唑软膏体外有较好的抗真菌活性,其抗菌活性与硝酸咪康唑霜相当。Objective To evaluate the in vitro antifuangal activity of 2% sertaconazole nitrate ointment and miconazole nitrate cremor. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentrations （MICs） of 134 clincal isolates of bacteria were determined by standard agar dilution method, and miconazole nitrate cremor. Results The range of MIIC of 134 common shallow fungus strains to 2% sertaconazole nitrate ointment were 0.8 -12.5ug·ml^-1. The antifungal activity to Cladosporium carrianii and Sporothrix schenckii was poor and the MIC were in the range of from 50 to 100.0ug·ml^-1. Conclusion 2% sertaconazoie nitrate ointment possesses anti -fungal activity and its anti -fungal activity is equivalent to miconazole nitrate.
