比较观察组和对照组ET-I、NO和EDD的差异,并对ET-1、NO和EDD进行相关性比较。 EDD与ET-I呈负相关,与NO呈正相关,ET-I与NO呈负相关(r=-0.5356、0.6829、-0.5828,P均<0.01)。 Objective To contrastly observe the variety of vascular endothelium function in Healthy elderly applying ultrasonic imaging method and ET - I and nitric oxide. Methods To observe the level of plasma ET - I and nitric oxide in forty healthy elderly and thirty - two healthy young people and applyultrasound to detect brachial artery endothelial dependental diastolic function(EDD) and endothelial independeutal diastolic function(EID). Compare two groups' s varieties of ET- I and nitric oxide and EDD. Relativital comparison was carried out between ET - I and NO and EDD. Results The level of ET - I in healthy elderly is obviously higher than that of in healthy young people (P 〈 0.01 ) and the level of NO in healthy elderly is ob- viously lower than that of in healthy young people (P 〈 0.01 ) and EDD in healthy elderly is obviously lower than that of in healthy young people (P 〈 0.01). The variation of ET -I is negative relativity with that of EDD and The variation of NO is positive relativity with that of EDD and the variation of ET -I is negative relativity with that of NO (r = -0. 5356 、0.6829, -0. 5828, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Vascular endothelium function in healthy elderly can be reliably disclose the vascular endothelium function in healthy elderly by using ultrasound and determination of levels of ET - 1 and NO.
