摘 要:目的探讨非代谢综合征者的血尿酸的水平以及其与代谢指标的关系研究。方法测量人体测量学指标,测定血脂、血糖、胰岛素和血尿酸等指标。将非代谢综合征者按符合代谢综合征组分项目数分为正常人、1项、2项、3项以上的4组。结果非代谢综合征者血脂异常和血压异常的患病率最高,肥胖次之。血尿酸的水平随代谢异常项目的增加而升高。多元回归分析:血尿酸与肥胖、高血压、高甘油三酯血症等代谢综合征的亚组分正相关。结论非代谢综合征者血尿酸的水平与代谢综合征的亚组分密切相关。其可能参与代谢综合征的形成。加强血尿酸的控制,可能降低代谢综合征发生率。Objective To explore the level of serum uric acid in the non - metabolic syndrome , and the relationship with metabolism index. Methods Somatometry parameters, lipid - profile, blood glucose,insulin and serum uric acid were assayed, non - metabolic syndromes were divided into control group, group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ by the nomber of the components of metabolic syndrome. Results The study showed the abnormal of blood fat , tension and obesity were high prevalance in non - metabolic syndrome, along with the increase of components of metabolic syndrome, the level of serum uric acid raised , the multiple regression analysis discovered that the relationship between serum uric acid and hypertriglyceridemia, obesity and hypertension of the components of Metabolic syndrome was positive correlation. Conclusion Serum uric acid is correlated to the components of metabolic syndrome closely. It may be one of the components of metabolic syndrome, the control of serum uric acid may decrease the incidence of metabolic syndrome.
