摘 要:利用北京门头沟煤和铁路站车垃圾,在室温下采用钢模制备出了垃圾衍生燃料.选用L9(34)正交表,以落下强度和热稳定性为评价指标,考察了含水率、成型压力、煤配比和垃圾破碎粒度4个主要因素和3个水平条件对铁路垃圾衍生燃料制备工艺的影响.研究表明:各因素对垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)的热稳定性均无显著影响.试验得到的最优生产工艺参数为:成型压力50 MPa,含水率20%,粒径大小<13 mm,煤配比90%.Derived fuel is made from the mixture of Beijing Mentougou coal and refuse in railway sta- tions and trains with a steel mold under room temperature. Tests are chosen with orthogonal table L9(3^4). With the dropping intensity and the heating stability as evaluation indexes, the influence of four main factors, which includes moisture content, briquette pressure, coal content and particle size of the refuses, and three different levels on preparation technology of derived fuel from refuse was investigated. Study results indicate that all factors do not affect the dropping intensity and heating stability of the fuel. The optimal parameters obtained from the test are 50 MPa of briquette pressure, 20% of moisture, 〈 13 mm of the particle size and 90% of coal.
