舒血宁注射液治疗老年急性脑梗死44例临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过临床观察,对舒血宁注射液治疗老年性脑梗死的疗效及安全性进行评价。方法选择发病48h内、年龄>60岁的急性脑梗死病例88例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组44例,给予舒血宁注射液20ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为1个疗程。对照组44例,给予复方丹参注射液20ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为1个疗程。其余常规治疗相同。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。治疗后治疗组血液流变学指标有显著性改变。结论舒血宁注射液治疗老年性脑梗死安全有效。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Shuxuening Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 88 patients were divided into two groups： Treated group （44 cases ） were given Shuxuening Injection 20 ml per day, Control group （44cases）were given Danshen Injection 20 ml per day for 14 days. Results The effective rates of treatment in the treated group was significantly higher than the Control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuening Injection exhibits remarkable therapeutic efficacy for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, without obviously adverse reactions.
