摘  要:目的评价社区健康教育在预防呼吸系统疾病中的作用。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,选择闵行区华漕镇4个居委中年龄≥45岁的居民共200人作为干预对象,进行基线调查,然后开展一系列的健康教育活动,并对干预后的效果进行评价。结果干预后,认为"吸烟者有必要戒烟"、"接种流感疫苗对预防呼吸道疾病有用"、"接种肺炎疫苗对预防呼吸道疾病有用"的人所占比例显著增加,分别为92.0%、93.5%和93.5%。干预后,"尽量避免去人多的公共场所"、"接种流感疫苗"的人所占比例明显增加,分别为98.0%和78.5%;而其他健康行为的形成率在干预前后没有明显改变。调查对象呼吸道疾病相关知识、态度、行为得分具有明显的正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论社区健康教育能够提高人们对呼吸道疾病知识的知晓率,并促进态度的积极改变,从而促进健康行为的形成,但一些健康行为的形成可能需要一个长期的过程。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of health education on respiratory diseases prevention in community. Methods 200 residents aged 45 years or older in 4 communities in Huacao town of Minhang District were selected as study objects by random layered sampling. After baseline survey, a series of health education measures were carried out in 4 communities. The effectiveness was assessed after health education. Results After intervention more residents agreed that smokers should quit smoking and that pneumonia and influenza vaccinations contributed to preventing respiratory diseases. The three proportion accounted for 92. 0%, 93.5% and 93.5% respectively. More people formed the two health behaviors : avoiding going to the airless public places and inoculating influenza vaccine. But rates of other health behaviors were no significant change. The participants' knowledge, attitude and practice were positively correlated significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Condusion Health education in community could improve the knowledge of and attitude to respiratory diseases. It also contributed to form health behaviors. But changing some bad behaviors required a long process.
