摘　　要：某电厂MPS型磨煤机频繁出现拉杆断裂的现象,分析认为其原因是此类磨煤机拉杆结构设计不当,以及运行过程中导向装置的磨损使得拉杆长期在剪切力、弯矩及拉伸力的联合作用下工作,从而造成频繁断裂。对此,提出了改进磨煤机拉杆结构、加强维护等措施,实施后取得了良好的效果。The tension rod rupture phenomenon has frequently occurred on MPS type coal pulverizer in one power plant. It is believed from analysis that the causes leading to frequent rupture of the tension rod are as follows： the structure design of tension rod for coal pulverizer of this type is improper,and the wornout of guiding device in the process of operation makes the tension rod to be worked in long - term under combined effect of bending moment from shearing force and tension force. For this,measures as retrofitting tension rod structure for the coal pulverizer and strengthening the maintenance etc. have been put forward,after implementation,good resuit being obtained.
