摘  要:某电厂2号发电机在运行中发现定子线棒存在严重缺陷,采取更换定子线棒及改进其固定方式等改造后,该缺陷仍未得到有效解决。在对发电机存在缺陷及改造无效的原因总结分析基础上,提出3种消缺及增容改造的措施,并对3种方法的可行性进行详细对比,以确定改造方案。Severe defects existing on stator winding bars had been discovered in operation of generator no. 2 in one power, after retrofits, such as replacement of stator winding bars, and improvement of their fixed mode etc. , the defects still hadn't effectively eliminated. Based on summation and analysis of defects existing in the generator and causes of ineffective retrofit, three measures for defect- eliminating and capacity- increasing retrofit have been put forward, and the feasibility of said three methods being compared in detail, to determine the retrofit scheme.
