摘 要:基于电磁场理论,推导了无耗非线性左手材料中三波耦合的波混合方程,并研究了相位匹配条件下正向信号波与逆向和频波的能量转换过程及其空间分布.验证了可将无耗非线性左手材料的入射面作为反射镜,把能量以和频波的形式反射.同时给出有限厚度介质板中信号波和和频波的场强分布数值结果,验证了文中结论的正确性.Based on the electromagnetic theory, general coupled-mode equations for three-wave coupling in lossless nonlinear left-handed metamaterials were deduced. Energy conversion process and spatial distribution of forward-propagating signal wave and backward-propagating wave of sum frequency under phase-matching condition were investigated. It was demonstrated that an incident surface of nonlinear left-handed metamaterials operated as an effective mirror which reflected the energy in the form of sum frequency wave. Meanwhile, numerical results of field intensity distribution of a finite thickness metamaterial slab were given to verify the conclusion.
